A Notice To Anet: The AI is STILL not fixed.
Ok, so it has been a month now since Nightfall released. I have played through most of Nightfall (see my other post for details as to how far I am). I have enjoyed most of it, and it has been a fun experience. So, I am providing the most iron hard evidence as to how SCREWED UP YOUR STUPID AI IS.
I am about to tear my HAIR OUT.... I cannot take this anymore.
That little white bubble on your radar screen, that is the aggro bubble. If a monster passes within that, they will become as we call it "aggroed." However, as of late, that little white bubble means JACK.
AI Update should read as follows:
Improved Monster AI
* Monsters no longer run from AoE damage when they are very healthy, or when they think they’re very close to killing their opponent, they just endless kite you, chase your monks whilst the new Henchmen AI kites them thus not healing you or your party and resulting in high level areas in death. We feel this adds to the threat of Death Penalty.
* Melee monsters are more intelligent about keeping themselves spread out, so that they don’t put themselves into a position where they’re highly susceptible to AoE attacks. They also can see beyond your radar and their radius for likelyhood to attack has been increased ten fold. Also note, the new Monster AI groups each group very closely together in high level areas, this way, when your Hero/Henchmen AI kite as well, they aggro everything on the bloody map. We feel this adds to the suspense! Good Luck Players!
OK, so, please reword that on your site, or FIX IT.

the first part is where i can stand without them coming. Once I move to second part (just enough to see their red names with ctrl) they start making their way towards me)
Isn't going to work out.
Note: This is in Domain of Secrets. My party wiped after good ol' Dunkoro kited into another mob of demons. GG. So, I have rebirth and was going to go rebirth my team and give it another go. But... oh what's this? I CAN'T. Why? Monsters aggro me from across the WHOLE map, even when I can't see them on radar. That seems a bit difficult to use rebirth correctly, unless you increase the range of rebirth to 10x casting range. GG Anet, GG. (OH, and I thought maybe they just hadn't broken aggro yet, so I waited TWENTY mintues for them 2. I aggroed another group a ways back and then ran away. they still did exact same thing).
Feel free to post Gaile, and ask for more evidence (not that it is your fault Gaile, you are just the messanger). I will HAPPILY Fraps this for you so you can see just how much your dev team "Improved" the AI. I have a grand idea, let's add some flavor to it. Let's make it so the monsters don't ever break aggro even with running skills on trying to get away from them.... wait... oops... I can't seem to come up with original ideas.
PLEASE!!!!!! Fix this! PLEASE!!! I am so close to quitting the game I have been playing for 17 months ENJOYABLY. not that ANET cares, they already have my money right?

Problem is, despite how frustrating this bugged AI is for the players, in the eyes of A-Net it's working as intended and thus not subject to a change. Even though it is clearly behaving different than they stated on their update notes.
/edit:
you might want to cut your image in 4, the mega image is fu**ing the board tables.

No, AI is not working out as intended. As a matter of fact, this completely ruins the concept of the aggro bubble they created. So if what you say is true, ANET stands by their new AI, so if you wipe and monk etc escapes with rebirth, they cant rez party? Hmm, so rebirth is totally useless now. Might as well remove it from game. Hell, all rez spells are useless except those used in PvP. Oh, might as well remove white bubble on radar also.
Huh? It is? Looks fine to me. It isnt that high res, only like 1100 across and 600 tall or something.

My screen resolution is 1024x768 and if i'm not mistaken, board rules even state something smaller ^^

Thanks for the name calling, completely unneccesary.
I was referring to your entire post being rather cryptic. All I see is you ordered your team to stay there and one of them over to aggro the mobs. May not be what it looks like, but you never explained it.

ive noticed that once a mob has been aggroed its virtually impossible to de-aggro them without avoiding them all together if avoiding them is even possible.
once aggroed, youre basically stuck with the mob chasing u from light years away unless u kill them.

ANd that isn't going to happen with me and the hench monk, let me first say.
And exactly, they don't deaggro. But you dont even need to get close for them to keep coming. I couldnt even see them before I heard their creepy grunt noises signifying they were ONCE AGAIN coming after me and poor hench monk.

No, I didn't. I ordered her over to see if they were jsut aggroed to me. How wrong that assumption was. They killed her instantly. And did they deaggro after that? HEAVENS NO!

The ai is bugged still for sure.
Whilst farming some greens yesterday i encounterd the same problem i had countless times so far in nightfall.
Team was about to wipe so i run away, enemies chase me for a bit as usual then turn and go away.. all except one who carries on chasing me regardless of how far out my aggro bubble they got.
This time it was a kournan priest i had sprint and charge so just kept constantly running away from him, got him far enough out my aggro bubble to stop running and just walked as normal.. he catches up to me in no time like he has his own run skills.
So as the rest of my team is dead i decide to stop and fight him.. but no he just stands there when he gets to my aggro bubble dosent even attack or cast anything.. so i move towards him and hit him once and he legs it now im chasing him all the way back.
If i stop so does he but still wont attack me!!!
I cant shake him no matter what i it's like he is stalking me.
This has happend countless times and not just priests and they all do the same.
Sometimes the whole mob will just keep chasing me no matter how fart i run away.
And yes i have experienced the aggroing mobs without even getting in the aggro bubble.

ok i've posted in a thread i started but i'll explain here
They do de-agro.. it just takes time. How long i don't know but i've definately found mobs that long range agro... then after a while they stop so i can rebirth.
I'll have to prove it mind if i carry on with this thread lol.

Clearly.
THE AI IS BUGGED CAUSE I CANNOT DEFEAT THEM!
BUGGED!FIX IT!
I passed through this game with relative ease,the only area I had trouble was outside in one of the Fear/Madness areas (the one with all of the groups of Rain of Terror/Arm of Insanity etc.)
But even that got easy the moment you found the correct path in which to slip right through them.

Rahja, stop with the rage and you might get more serios responses, this is only going yo attract flames.
Hasnt this been in place for months, albeith it only happens randomly?
Its frustrating, but normally the solution is to either let them fully move back to their position, and wait for them to start their normal patrol (thats really important, sometimes they go back to a position but sit there not moving), or start again, and dont die.
ALSO Please STOP using THE caps ROLLERCOASTER so MUCH.

When henchmen is enemy group's target and your party get resurrected but that henchmen survived enough long and is teleported to you because resurrection happened to party. Enemy Group chase so long that they reach this henchmen and then return to their original area. Same happen if you try to run and they want use skill to you.

Mobs for me NEVER ever go back their original position. Most notably my bad AI experience had to be gates of madness. I was attempting to hench it, and I knew the bonus, so ddint go anywear near agroing the terrorweb and emiisary thing near the start. Yet I get across the river of souls, kill the dryder the emissary, and move towards the first tortureweb and theres an emissary and 3 terrorwebs charging me out of nowhere.
Regardless of whether I agrod them or not (i know i didnt id kept the henchies away from them) they shudnt have came after me from over a radar and a half away! it is actually madness.
Rebirth is now the most redundant skill. I've rarely been in a situation since NF release where I could have used rebirth successfully without agroing the group that killed me, regardless of their location compaired to my allies.
Last night for example my henchies all died against the boss from the Rescue Koss mission becasue I made them overagro, and they got nuked. I ran off, for some reason the boss stopped chasing me, and walked away, i started going back, keeping atleast 2 agro bubbles distance. I get within range of ressurecting an ally, while he is in his spawn position. (The ally is Aiden, about an agro bubble and a bit away from the boss) and he charges me again.
*fist shake*
So instead of a situation where I could easily have revived my party and killed him, I had to let myself die. It is actually really annoying, normally I wudnt rant like this, but this is really bad actions from the AI, and it surely cannot be intentional.

I did wait, 20 minutes as stated in my previous post. Randomly? No. This happened 9x to me tonight trying to do this ridiculous quest.

You know what, my anger has become rage. I am so sick of this issue. ANET wont even respond to it. The least they could do is say they are working on it. Do they? NO! So you know what, I hope this gets their attention. Idiots! Fix your stupid game. I would like to be able to rez my party, thank you Very Much! I've paid $300+ dollars to play this game with two accounts to maintain, I think that 300 dollars should be more then enough to pay a dev to patch the AI. And I am not saying I am special compared to everyone else. There have been so many complaints about this recently, you would think instead of "Ask Arenanet you best GWs question...blah blah, SHUT IT!" we would get an official response.
Suggestions: If you have suggestions for Guild Wars, we ask that you share them on one of our fansite forums. Forums are read daily, and ideas will be seen by the development team.

This AI makes tanking impossible, a tank is just a wasted party slot.
They stay there for 2 seconds, and than some run for the squishies, some run right into another mob, and all becomes a kiting fest. Very funny. Not.
Oh wait, they wanna make it more like PvP, so all the PvErs can enjoy the other side of the game. Stupid me and my guilds, wasting 4/5 days a week playing GvG, when we can have SO much more fun chasing some monsters all over the map.
And one more thing: i have still to see a group of 7/10 level 28's in a Guild Battle, running into another mob of 8 level 28's, casting water spells with 25 points in Water Magic, probably.
I'm starting to think that they have some kind of contractual endorsement, forcing them to make a completely annoying part of the game in every chapter: Maguuma in Prophecies, the slums in factions, and now the wonderful realm of torment.
